General

The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, two televisions and a fireplace. In addition there is an air conditioner, a jacuzzi, a barbecue, a sauna, a garden, a patio, a terrace, a set of garden furniture and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with five washbasins, five toilets, six showers and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge, a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a stove and an oven.

Set in the peaceful village of Lovreč, tucked into the green hills above the coast, Villa Unika is made for friends who want to slow everything down. This 200 m² private retreat for up to 10 guests, set on a vast 2,000 m² fenced estate, trades nightlife for stillness, schedules for shared routines, and noise for open space.

Inside, the villa is generous yet calming. Four spacious en-suite bedrooms, each with a double bed and a walk-in shower, give everyone proper privacy without losing the feeling of being together. The central living room, with its fireplace, convertible sofa seating, a dining table and TV, becomes the natural gathering point for slow breakfasts, mid-day chats, and unplanned game nights. The fully equipped kitchen - built for long cooking sessions and relaxed group meals.

Outside, life moves at water temperature. The heated pool, sauna and wide sun deck with loungers stretch the day effortlessly. The covered outdoor kitchen and terrace are where afternoons drift into dinner with almost no transition. There’s space for gentle activity too - shaded lounging corners, and even a small organic garden for picking fresh produce.

Daily essentials sit just a short walk from the villa, while soft day trips stretch toward the Cetina River or the viewpoints of Biokovo. When a full city mood is needed, Split is within a few minutes’ drive.

Villa Unika is best suited for friends who want space, spa-level comfort, privacy without isolation, and a house that supports slow living rather than pushing movement. Here, the days arrive gently, and the nights end without urgency.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
