There are no neighbors on the south side of the house, ensuring privacy. On the north side, there is only a country road and parking spaces for cars, with a fence to close off the parking area. The entire house is rented as a single unit and can accommodate 1-12 people, ensuring that it is never shared between two groups or families who do not know each other. It is ideal for family vacations with children or for a group of friends wanting to spend their holiday together. The property is relatively close to larger well-known centers in Split-Dalmatia County (Imotski, Split, Omiš, Makarska, Dubrovnik).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
