The kitchen corner is equipped with a fridge, a two-ring hob, a kettle and all the usual utensils for simple self-catering. There are stairs up to the upper floor with a bedroom for three people, furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 190cm) and a dresser. The living and sleeping areas have air conditioning. There is a TV with an Astra satellite receiver.

Right in front of the entrance door you can find a beautiful courtyard garden with olive trees and grape vines, as well as a variety of seating and a grill.
