The second bedroom has two single beds and also faces west. The third bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, a cot, an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink, and a private east-facing balcony. The fourth bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and also faces east. The main bathroom has a whirlpool bath, a bidet, a sink, a toilet, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. A fully equipped, large kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, electric hob, and everything else you need for cooking and dining is at your disposal. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
