The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, four televisions and a heather. In addition there is a fitness equipment, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a balcony or terrace, a swimming pool, a trampoline, a barbecue and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, three showers, two toilets and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge, a freezer and a tumble dryer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, toys and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a microwave.

Upstairs, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms, each with a TV, giving everyone their own quiet space at the end of the day with a shared bathroom. High-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and thoughtful storage support longer family stays with ease.

Outside becomes the real family playground. The private heated pool sits within clear view of the covered seating area. A trampoline, shaded lounge corner, sun deck, and outdoor dining area create flexible zones for play, rest, and meals. The barbecue turns meals into an outdoor picnic, while children wind down nearby.

Daily outings stay easy. Beaches, shops, and the historic heart of Omiš are only a short drive away. Active families can explore the Cetina River for rafting and zip-lining, while cultural day trips to Split add variety. A highlight family excursion includes a boat trip to Zlatni Rat on Brač.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
