The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with six double beds. The holiday home is equipped with five televisions and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a patio, a set of garden furniture and an air conditioner. The badroom is equipped with four toilets, four washbasins, four showers and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

With room for up to 12 guests, this generous 240 m² home sits within a private garden and offers the perfect blend of comfort, play, and calm.

From the moment you arrive, everything is set up for easy family living. With six air-conditioned double bedrooms spread across two floors, everyone has their own quiet retreat after long days at the pool or seaside. Three full bathrooms are located on the ground floor, while the upper floor offers an additional 2 bathrooms for comfort. Multiple lounge spaces include a ground-floor living room with a TV and dining table, as well as an upstairs living area.

Daily life naturally flows through the villa’s multiple dining and kitchen spaces. With three kitchens, including an outdoor summer kitchen, family meals become effortless - morning breakfasts inside, lunch by the pool, and relaxed evening barbecues under open skies.

Outside, the villa truly becomes a family playground. The heated private pool is the heart of the garden, surrounded by loungers for parents and plenty of space for kids to splash safely. A trampoline and table tennis keep energy levels high, while shaded seating areas invite slower moments with a book or coffee.

With Wi-Fi, a gaming console, and secure private parking, every detail supports a smooth, stress-free stay. And when adventure calls, beaches, rafting, island trips, and family-friendly excursions are all within easy reach.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
