The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player. In addition there is a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a balcony, fitness equipment, a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Only recently (2018) lovingly renovated natural stone house on a hill above Split, with a private sea view balcony

This holiday house is located in the center of Mravince, Solin, 4 kilometers from Split, 7 km from center (Diocletian's Palace).

The house features a balcony and a beautiful roof terrace - both offer stunning panoramic views across the sea and to Split,Trogir, Kastela bay and the islands of Brac and Solta. To the other side they overlook the mountains of Kozjak and Mosor. Downstairs in the garden area are barbecue facilities.

The traditional stone house was built in 1930 and has only recently been extensively renovated in period October 2017 - April 2018. It features 210 m² of living space, spread over three floors. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a generous living-/dining area. WLAN, Sat TV and plenty of bedsheets are included in the rental fee.

The landlord lives next door and is always available and happy to help. Upon request, he can take you on guided tours through the city, organise bbqs for you, drive you to places etc. (24 hours).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
