General

The holiday home for 14 persons has five bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden, a terrace, a barbecue, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (heated, private) and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

Featuring free private parking, the villa is in an area where guests have privacy away from the city noise and can really enjoy their summer home!
With about 390 m², on four levels, the villa features on the ground floor a large and bright living room, comfortably furnished with a HD TV. From there, you access the dining area and kitchen with large windows overlooking the sea, and a fully equipped kitchen (a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) with a seating area and an office space.
You can go out directly onto the veranda and the terrace, to access the heated pool, overlooking the sea.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with King size beds (1,80mx2,00m). There are also two full bathrooms and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
On the second floor, there are two en suite bedrooms with King size beds and an additional bathroom. One bedroom also has a terrace overlooking the sea. On the same floor, there can also be found a kitchen with seating area and spacious terrace.
The third floor dispose with large en suite bedroom and terrace, which has an astonishing sea view.
Each bedroom has an air-conditioning and HD TV.
Outside, you’ll enjoy a beautiful private landscaped patio with numerous pine trees, grassed and wooded natural area, a beautiful 20 m² pool with a stunning view, barbecue and garden furniture.
The house is equipped with WiFi access.
Parking space available — two cars can easily be parked on site.

The place is very quiet, very private and offers superb views of the sea from everywhere.
*Five bedrooms have direct sea views and one bedroom has views of the small harbor and a small part of the sea view.
*PLEASE NOTE*: The villa has 4 floors in 2 units. Each unit has 2 floors that are connected by internal stairs. Units are connected by external stairs.

* There are card games in the house and lots of toys for children, magnetic and geometric games. There is no board games.

*There are two fully equipped kitchens. In every kitchen is a Filter Coffee machine and a Nespresso capsule machine.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
