General

This Mediterranean stone house lies in the colourful and quiet Medici, 35km from Split and 10km from Omis. The house is about 100 metres from the beach and affords a wonderful view.

The upper bedroom and living room provide access to the terrace with garden furniture and an awning, affording a fantastic view of the Adriatic and the nearby island Brac. You can enjoy coffee here in the afternoon or grill in the evenings, as there is a brick-built outdoor grill on the terrace. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children. There are two private car parking spaces available.

The house consists of two fully-equipped apartments and has a total living space of 140m², spread over two floors. The house is let out as a whole for six people. The lower floor has a comfortable bedroom with a kingsize bed and a large cupboard, a kitchen including an oven, stove, dishwasher and fridge, a dining space and a cosy, air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed for one person and satellite TV. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a shower cubicle, WC and washing machine. Internal stairs lead to the upper floor with a further bedroom with a kingsize bed and a walk-in wardrobe, a modern built-in kitchen with a dining space including and oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, a bathroom with a shower and WC and an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed for one person and satellite TV.

The beach is only about 100 metres away. Medici is famous for its long pebbled beach and shady spots under pine trees, popular among both children and adults. In Mimice 800 metres away, in the direction of Makarska, you can find a supermarket and the nearest restaurant.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
