The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool (private), a barbecue, an air conditioner, a balcony and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). This holiday house is in Medici, near Omis, in the centre of the Dalmatian region. Medici is a little holiday village along the Adriatic coast, which is known for its lovely sandy beaches. The little fishing village with a mild Mediterranean climate is away from the noise of town, offering peace and quiet, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the sea.

The courtyard measures 30m² and is suitable for barbecuing. The terrace affords a great view of the sea. Parking space is available.

The beautiful holiday house can accommodate eight people and has a spacious and comfortable interior. It has a living room with satellite TV, a DVD player, a radio and access to the terrace. There is a separate dining area and the kitchen is fully-equipped and also opens onto the terrace. In total there are four bedrooms, each opening onto a balcony. All the bedrooms are furnished with a queensize bed. Two of the bedrooms also have their own bathroom with a shower. Free wireless Internet access is available.

The house is just 90 metres from the nearest pebbled beach. You can walk to supermarkets and restaurants and about a kilometre away there are a pharmacy, a hospital, an ATM, a disco and an Internet café. The village is 10km from Omis, 30km from Split and 26kmfrom Makarska.

You will be the only guests staying here on your holiday, as there are no other rooms or apartments. The owners visit the house occasionally. The house is not suitable for wheelchair users.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
