The two double bedrooms have access to a shared balcony terrace, which offers partial sea views. A comfortable fold-out bed is available for an eighth guest. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers, and the villa also has a separate toilet. The ground floor of the villa comprises a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a cozy living room. The sun-drenched kitchen opens onto a covered terrace, an ideal place to relax. The basement of Villa Makarac contains a ping-pong table and various toys for children. The entire villa is fully air-conditioned.

Villa Makarac boasts a beautiful 538 m² outdoor area, completely enclosed by a fence and hedge. You can refresh yourself in the private pool (25 m²) and relax and sunbathe on the comfortable loungers. The covered terrace has a summer kitchen and a charcoal grill where you can prepare delicious meals for your family and friends.
