The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and two televisions. In addition there is an air conditioner, a fitness equipment, a swimming pool, a barbecue, a garden, a jacuzzi, an elevator and a patio and there are two balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three showers, three washbasins, three toilets and a bath.

The holiday home has two garages, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a fridge.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and a coffee maker.

Large glass doors lead directly onto the sea-view terrace, a heated outdoor pool, sun loungers, and shaded seating - all visible from inside for easy supervision. A barbecue outside makes family dinners simple and social.

Upstairs, two en-suite double bedrooms each come with private balconies, giving parents a quiet space in the evenings while children settle down comfortably. The top-floor master suite becomes a true family sanctuary with its own lounge corner, large bathroom, and a panoramic balcony that showcases beautiful sunsets.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
