The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a balcony, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi and there are two air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a bath, two showers, two toilets and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a freezer, a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a fridge.

The villa unfolds across 166 m² of airy interior space, centred around a bright open-plan living and dining area with a convertible sofa, a fireplace, a TV, a PS, and seamless access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for relaxed breakfasts, shared lunches, and unhurried evening meals. Three bedrooms offer calm and comfort, each with a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and countryside views. The master suite features a freestanding bathtub and en-suite bathroom, while the remaining two bedrooms share a modern family bathroom.

Outside, life gently orbits around the heated 10 x 4 m pool, framed by six sun loungers, shaded lounge corners, and open sky. The outdoor dining area with traditional barbecue is perfect for long lunches that stretch into golden evenings, while the outdoor shower and soft garden lighting complete the relaxed Mediterranean mood.

Though deeply private, everything remains within comfortable reach. The village center with market and café is just steps away, while the beaches of Pisak lie an easy 30 km drive away. Day trips lead to the iconic Blue and Red Lakes near Imotski and the dramatic heights of Biokovo Nature Park and the famous Skywalk Biokovo.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
