This unique, luxurious, newly built house for a relaxed family holiday, with a magnificent sea view from the foot of the mountain Dinara, is situated in Lokva Rogoznica in the Split-Dalmatia County.
It consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, four terraces, a large living room with dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a BBQ on the terrace.
It can accommodate up to 8 persons.
There is a beautiful private saltwater heated Pool at your disposal by the house and also a jacuzzi on the top terrace.
The house is 3km from the beach and offers amazing sea views of the islands of the archipelago.

The house is new and completely fenced, very quiet and very private. There is also a parking lot.

Air conditioning and internet connection are available in each area of the house.

Moving from the ground floor of the house, you will have at your disposal a bathroom, four bedrooms with large double beds and a flat screen TV. There is also a small desk in every bedroom that can be used as a working area. One room has access to the terrace with a cozy seating area and table tennis.

The first floor of the house has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, spacious living room with a large sofa, flat screen TV and breathtaking sea view, one bathroom and access to the terraces.
The terrace, which is accessed from the living room, is covered and has a barbecue, a kitchenette, and a dining area. While having lunch, you can enjoy a truly spectacular view and a pleasant atmosphere.

Lokva Rogoznica is a famous tourist destination that offers its visitors beaches ideal for relaxation, untouched nature and a piece of history that you can experience by visiting the old village, where you will be greeted by many churches, some older than 500 years.
Of particular interest is the church of St. Vitus located at the very top of the Omis Dinara (639m) to which leads a well-maintained hiking trail, ideal for afternoon or early morning excursions.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
