The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). A veranda invites you to linger. Two bicycles, table tennis and darts are at your disposal. A barbecue is also at your disposal. In the summer months, usually from the end of April to the end of October, the 8 x 4 metre fixed pool with a depth of 1.5 metres invites you to enjoy a dip. There is also a massage jet in the pool, which you can use to massage your back at the touch of a button to relax.

The lovingly maintained detached house made of natural stone has a large living and dining area on the ground floor with a sofa area and TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. A dining area is also available here. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and a further bedroom with two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m). The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a shower and WC. All rooms as well as the living and dining area are air-conditioned. In the basement there is a bedroom, a kitchenette, a dining area and a bathroom. The basement can be reached via a staircase, but also has a separate entrance. It was renovated in 2014.

This is an ideal starting point for long hikes, mountaineering in the Mosor Mountains and mountain biking. The distance to the pebble or sandy beach is only ten kilometres. Popular and favourite excursion destinations are nearby, such as the observatory, boat tours and rafting on the river Cetina near Omis, about ten km away.

The landlord lives on the property (granny flat) and speaks fluent German. As a welcome drink, the landlord would like to offer you a taste of his home-made wine and schnapps.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
