This holiday home for 12 persons has five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with six radios, 12 heaters, a stereo, a fireplace, a CD player, a DVD player, 18 televisions and three heathers. In addition there is a swimming pool, a terrace, a hot tub and a garden and there are four balconies, seven air conditioners and six sets of garden furniture. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with five hairdryers, 16 washbasins, five baths and 15 showers.

The holiday home has four freezers, two washing machines, two fridges and two tumble dryers.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers, two ovens, two microwaves, two dishwashers and two stoves.

The villa accommodates 12 people and consists of a ground floor, first floor, and second floor.

The ground floor (145 m²) features a heated infinity pool (50 m²) with a large, uniquely designed terrace (100 m²) surrounded by lush greenery – plants, trees, and colorful flowers – and a spacious garden with a barbecue area. There is also an entertainment room with billiards and darts.

In addition, there is a fully equipped, modern kitchen, a spacious living room, and a large terrace overlooking the Adriatic coast. There is also a bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The first floor (175 m²) has four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. Every bedroom offers stunning sea views of the islands of Brač, Šolta, and Split. All rooms, including the living room and kitchen, are equipped with air conditioning, LCD TVs, and underfloor heating.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The entire villa, including the kitchen, living room, and outdoor seating area, is exquisitely furnished with designer furniture, lighting, and carpets. On the first floor, there is also a terrace with a Jacuzzi and sun loungers, and nearby are the fitness room and bio sauna. The second floor (140 m²) at the top of the villa features a large terrace with a beautiful pergola, where guests can enjoy the sunset or the breathtaking views with a glass of wine on a spacious seating area. The materials used in the villa's construction include exclusive stone, Slavonian oak, porcelain, marble, granite, and more.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
