The villa unfolds across two thoughtfully planned levels. The ground floor centres around a bright, open living space that links the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge directly to the garden and pool terrace. A guest toilet adds day-long convenience. Also on this level is a king-bed bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, ideal for guests who prefer step-free access and immediate connection to outdoor spaces.

Upstairs, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom enjoys elevated privacy and vineyard-to-sea views. Two additional twin bedrooms convert easily into doubles and share a modern family bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned for summer comfort. The panoramic balcony upstairs opens to sweeping views across the vineyard, coastline, distant islands, and the skyline near Split.

Outside, the villa’s rhythm settles around the heated swimming pool with hydromassage and electrolysis purification, framed by sun loungers, umbrellas, and a shaded lounge area. The stone summer kitchen with traditional wood barbecue anchors long lunches and slow dinners under open skies. Private on-site parking keeps arrivals and day trips easy.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
