General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden, a swimming pool, an air conditioner and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four toilets, three showers, four washbasins and a hairdryer.

Between vineyard slopes and the Adriatic coast near Kaštel Novi, this 140 m² villa offers a private setting for up to eight guests. Designed around open-plan living and outdoor relaxation, it brings together contemporary comfort, a heated swimming pool, and panoramic views across the vineyards, coastline, distant islands, and the Split skyline. Its fenced grounds provide space to unwind while keeping coastal attractions within driving distance.

The ground floor features an open kitchen equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. The adjoining living and dining area includes a TV, dining table, and seating area, with direct access to the garden and pool terrace. A king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room is also on this level, alongside a separate toilet. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while two flexible bedrooms can each be arranged with a double bed or two single beds. A further bathroom serves these rooms. Air conditioning, internet access, a washing machine, heating, and room-darkening shades add everyday comfort.

Outside, the private heated swimming pool is the centrepiece, complemented by sun loungers, parasols, and a shaded lounge area. The outdoor kitchen and barbecue provide a welcoming setting for leisurely lunches and dinners, while private parking makes day trips convenient.

Restaurants, cafés, shops, and daily essentials are close by. Guests can explore the beaches and coastal villages of the Dalmatian coast, enjoy Split’s lively atmosphere, or wander through the historic streets of Trogir. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
