The house has very peaceful surroundings with your own place in the sun, pool(3m*6m),NOT HEATED.
Barbeque, and large sitting area to make your perfect holiday memories. 72 m2 ground-floor apartment. 2 bedrooms aprox. 14 m2 each, hanging bed in front of the pool ( max weight 220 kg), hanging chairs on the outside patio ( max weight 90 kg). Private free parking& fenced 400m2 property yard. It's perfect for smaller families who want to enjoy our great Mediterranean climate.
Cultural summer events along the coast will keep you interested throughout your stay. We are 2,5km away from the coastline, smaller grocery stores are within 1 km, and the bigger ones ( Lidl,Kaufland,Interspar)are around 5 km away from the house. The restaurants and pizzeria are along the coast line, which is 2,5 km away.
The airport is 4 km away.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
