Stay in our beautiful and modern apartment near the Adriatic sea. This charming and spacious house is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Kastel Luksic. An amazing place for a family, friends or couple to stay.

Our comfortable apartment offers 2 bedrooms and a modern kitchen & bathroom. The whole apartment is new! The beach is nearby and also cute restaurants en cafébars. We are 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Split and Trogir.

The garden is renovated this year with a beautiful terrace with BBQ and table tennis, tabel football, swimming pool, outside shower, trampoline, facility house with shower, toilet and kitchen. Every apartment has his own parking space.

The apartment is completely new and modern. It is possible to get fresh towels and fresh bedding at every moment you like. You have a nice sea view from the balcony. Have a dinner on the balcony or watch the sunset with a good glass of wine and chill on our loungeset.

Kastel Luksic is historical and really beautiful with old castles and nice beaches (max. 10/15 minutes walk). Nearby there are touristic area's and also activities like waterski, but also restaurants and cafe bars where you can taste the real culture of Croatia for great prices. Just 10/15 minutes by car from Split and Trogir. There is nearby a busstation. And also we have parking spaces. If we need to pick you up from the airport that would be no problem, just let us know! You can easily walk to the supermarket and bakery.

You can go with the car to Omis for some rafting, to National Park Krka to swim by waterfalls and much more!

There is no elevator, the apartment is on the second floor. If you have babies, we have a 2 movable beds. If you are with more than 5/6 people: we also have another apartment next to each other, where also is room for 5/6 people.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
