The living room has access to the garden and pool area through a large sliding glass door which allows the entire area to become open concept. Modern staircase leads to the first floor, designed as a resting area with 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with air condition and SAT-TV. Two bedrooms share a balcony with partial seaview. Villa Grace is fully air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TVs, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, safe, oven, stove, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery, hair dryer, washing machine and board games for children. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. The property offers 2 gated parking places, free of charge. Guests can use the outdoor grill. Up to 2 pets are allowed in the villa, free of charge. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
