The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue, a billiard, a balcony, a garden, a swimming pool (heated, private), a terrace and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Next to the main house, there is a smaller building visible in the photos – this is an additional facility used exclusively by guests. It is uninhabited and not used by the owners.

The villa consists of two separate, fully equipped and modern apartments:

Ground floor: three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and a covered veranda.

Top floor: two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a large terrace with breathtaking views of Imotski. (Note: the lowest ceiling height in the living room upstairs is 200 cm.)

The two units are connected by an external staircase, making Villa Iva perfect for large families or two groups of friends who want both togetherness and privacy.

On the south side of the house, you’ll find:
