This beautiful villa is in the quiet residential area of Dugopolje, near the Dalmatian capital of Split.
There is also a little gym. From the play room you can enter the two terraces, one with wooden floors and a jacuzzi and other is ideal for sunbathing and enjoying a view on a sunset and idyllic green hills. Respecting villas site, each space here has positioned to share unique view of the pool and nature sights. There is a large parking space for more than 8 cars.
The Villa itself has two wings separated by a summer kitchen, each wing is completely independent, fully air- conditioned, completely equipped with all amenities you might need during your holiday, all together can accommodate 11 people. The summer kitchen is ideal for BBQ dinners „Al fresco“ and large familiy gatherings. The right villa wing on the ground floor has a bathroom, kitchen-dining-living area with direct acces to the terrace by the pool with lounge furniture. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each one with balcony and one bedroom for three persons. The left wing on the ground floor has a kitchen, living area with double sofa bed, one bathroom and one double „en suite“ bedroom, ideal for disabled people. On the first floor there is a two single bed bedroom, and a playroom with amusement games (PlayStation).
There are shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés in the area. It is just a 15-minute drive to the beautiful Adriatic beaches. Or you can visit the towns of Trogir, Omiš or Šibenik. There are countless hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity of the house. You can go climbing or rafting at the Mosor mountain, or explore the Kotlenice cave or the Salona ruins.
The own lawned garden (1.100m2) and large swimming pool,(30m2 ), amongst peaceful countryside, nestled between a quiet idyllic green hills offers a chance to relax and connect with nature. For those who want to be always on the move, the surrounding countryside provides a great venue for hiking and biking.

Payment terms and -periods
