Two dining terraces are located in front of the villa, and enjoying a sunset meal here will leave you with some of your best holiday photographs and memories.

The pool terrace features a large dining table, a sunbathing area, an outdoor shower, and a swing for children. The pool has a lighting system so you can enjoy evening meals and nighttime swimming. The villa itself is fully furnished and spread over three floors, with living areas divided into four apartments. There is an internal staircase connecting the apartments, and the outdoor terraces along with the 140 m² pool terrace are ideal for families or groups—each group can enjoy its own privacy while still having plenty of outdoor space to dine and sunbathe together.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
