The holiday home for 10 persons has six bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an air conditioner, a barbecue, a sauna, a patio, a garden, a fitness equipment, a swimming pool, a balcony and a terrace and there are six sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four showers, two baths, seven washbasins, six toilets and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, two freezers, a washing machine and two fridges.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, two stoves, two dishwashers and two coffee makers.

Biokovo rising behind you, this 450 m², three-level villa for 10 guests is built for momentum, regrouping, and lively nights done right.

The lower-level works as your pre-game base - rustic tavern dining space, full kitchen, guest bedroom with en-suite, a separate toilet, and direct access to the Mediterranean garden and barbecue zone. One level up, the villa opens into its social heart - a large living room with enough seating, a dining table, a second fully equipped kitchen, plus a heated private pool, massage jets, outdoor shower, and panoramic sea views. A fitness room, sauna, and spa bathroom keep the balance between high output and fast recovery.

The top floor stays strictly for reset mode. Four sea-view bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and balconies or terraces, keep privacy intact even with a full house. Hydro-massage tubs, walk-in showers, and air-conditioned comfort make mornings manageable after late nights.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
