Villa E is a brand-new, modern holiday home situated in a quiet location in the picturesque village of Bast, overlooking the coast of Baška Voda. Spread over two floors, the house offers everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious holiday.

The ground floor features a spacious living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The modern furnishings and cozy atmosphere invite you to linger. A guest WC with an integrated washing machine is also available. From here, you have direct access to the large terrace with a heated infinity pool. Please note that despite the pool heating, the water temperature is highly dependent on the outside temperature, so it may not always reach its optimal temperature.

Upstairs, there are three stylish double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, and satellite TV. The terrace offers breathtaking sea views, is partially covered, and furnished with garden furniture and a parasol – ideal for soaking up the sun and enjoying the view.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
