4-star Villa "Luger" - 1st floor, 150m to the sea, high terrace with sea view, 2016 NEW The villa is located in the quiet, Dalmatian village of Razanj in a quiet side street. 150 metres from the house to the beach. The beach right next to the house is relatively steep, so ladders are provided. On the other side of the bay (5 min walk) there is another beach (pebbles) that leads shallow into the water. The villa is the highest building in the surrounding neighbourhood and therefore offers an excellent view of the sea. It is completely surrounded by a well-kept garden plot.
Here you will find citrus fruits, olives and fig trees, which you are welcome to help yourself to. The entire garden is made up of cascades of natural stone walls and the water quality is very high. In the morning you can still see through the crystal-clear water at a depth of 10-15 metres. The quality of the sea water in the region is among the best in the entire Adriatic.
You can access the spacious terrace from both the bedroom and the living room. This is the largest terrace of the holiday flats on offer. Half of the terrace is covered, so you can sit in the shade or in the sun, depending on your preference (and the weather). From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the bay.
The flat is located on the first floor of the villa and has modern furnishings. The large living and dining area has an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. In addition to all the important kitchen utensils, you will also find a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and an electric cooker. You can dine together at the counter after cooking. From the open-plan kitchen, you have a view of the living area with sofa and TV. The sofa can also be used as a sofa bed for an additional guest or two small children. You can sleep comfortably here thanks to the high comfort of the sofa, which has the quality of a bed. The separate bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The entire flat can be cooled using the new air conditioning system with remote control (2015). The bright, spacious bathroom with shower and WC completes the offer in the holiday flat.
The village of Razanj The centre of Razanj is a 10-15 minute walk, 5 minutes by car from our house. There you will find a supermarket as well as fruit and vegetable stalls for shopping. There are also several cafes and restaurants (fish, meat, vegetables, pizza). Razanj also has its own small harbour where you can go for a walk.
The village of Razanj and especially our bay or Villa Luger is very quiet. If you want more activity, you can go to the village centre or drive to nearby Rogoznica - the nearest town Rogoznica is the nearest town. It can be reached by car in 10 minutes or by taxi boat (in summer, also 10 minutes). Rogoznica has a marina, i.e. a yacht harbour. Numerous motor and sailing yachts are moored here all year round at over 400 berths.
Also: Primošten - the picturesque town from the 15th century [15 km from the villa] Trogir - historic old town and UNESCO World Heritage Site [25 km from the villa] Krka National Park and waterfalls [50 km from the villa, daily boat tours into the national park] Split - Croatia's second largest city and former palace of Emperor Diocletian [50 km from the villa] Special for real adventurers: Climb the nearby "Movar" (15 min walk from the villa) and climb the ruined fortress from the Napoleonic wars. A magnificent view of the entire Adriatic coast awaits you here. If the weather is favourable, you can even see Italy. Make sure you take your camera/smartphone with you!
