This charming villa is located in the picturesque village Smrdelje, very close to the National Park Krka.

In its nicely decorated interior, Villa NI-SA can accommodate up to 11 guests in two separate units. Each unit has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and one bathroom. In total, the villa consists of three double bedrooms, one having a single room on the gallery and one bedroom with two single beds.
A wine cellar and Dalmatian tavern are also at guests’ disposal and for an extra payment, guests can enjoy in local wine and domestic food. Villa NI-SA is air conditioned and has Wi-Fi access, a private parking and provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

This beautiful villa NI-SA has an amazing outside area with lot of greenery and Mediterranean herbs. For more enjoyable moments there are plenty seating places, a barbecue, a children’s playground and a lot of place for relaxing. For those who like recreation, there are 5 bicycles at the guests’ disposal for exploring the Dalmatian countryside. Nearby are the cities of Drniš, Skradin and Šibenik as well as the NP Krka, with its two famous waterfalls Skradinski buk and Roški slap.

The historical town of Šibenik is located on the mouth of the river Krka. The town attracts visitors with an interest in the historical surroundings. Small squares and numerous cultural and historical monuments give Šibenik an archaic and romantic Mediterranean atmosphere. This is a great location for exploring the breath-taking beauty of the Krka National Park with the most famous waterfall Skradinski buk, being less than 10km away and accessible by boat from Skradin during the summer months.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
