On the ground floor of the villa, there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, which is connected to a dining area. The cozy living room will offer you perfect relaxation by the fireplace.

A very large yard is fully fenced and it is surrounded by nature and Mediterranean plants. There is a private pool in the yard, accompanied by sun loungers. There is also an outdoor dining area, right next to BBQ. Kids will love the outdoors because of the playground and a lot of open space for various activities.

This villa is equipped with a sauna and a Jacuzzi for relaxing, and for some family fun and competition, there is Play Station 4 and darts. For more active guests there is a gym with equipment in the villa.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
