The location is particularly convincing because on the one hand you are far away from crowds and can therefore find peace and quiet and on the other hand the center of the town can be reached within around 10 minutes on foot. In addition, due to its location on the hill, the house offers a breathtaking view of the Primošten peninsula and the open sea.

Important information:

The house is located in a rapidly developing new residential area. Therefore, there may be occasional minor construction noise. We would like to inform our guests that construction work may occasionally take place in the immediate vicinity.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
