The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, an air conditioner and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with two hairdryers, a toilet and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a freezer, a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a stove.

Set on a fully fenced private plot, this newly furnished villa offers 100 m² of bright, comfortable living for up to five guests.

Inside, everything flows with simplicity and ease. You’ll find two double bedrooms, creating a separate, quiet space for adults. A third bedroom with a single bed suits single adults or kids. All share a modern bathroom that sits near the open-plan living area, keeping morning routines smooth and stress-free. The living and dining space is fully air-conditioned, welcoming you into soft seating, relaxed dinners, and movie nights after long pool days. With a fully equipped kitchen for everyday cooking. The living space opens directly to the covered terrace, where shaded lunches and evening chats become part of the daily ritual.

Outside, the atmosphere is gentle and unhurried. The heated private pool sits within a green, secure garden where children can play freely while adults relax on sun loungers or fire up the barbecue. Bicycles, PS, and Wi-Fi add just enough fun without overwhelming the quiet setting.

Nature and experience lie close by - horse riding nearby, the Cetina River for rafting and kayaking, and day trips to Split for beaches, history, and seaside dinners.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
