Guests have access to a seawater swimming pool and sun terrace, a private beach with sun loungers and parasols, a children's amusement park, a water bed, a beach bar and the BAIN restaurant, known for its excellent local cuisine and fresh fish.

Accommodation includes breakfast, free boat mooring and the possibility of renting a boat (no permit required) or a speedboat with/without a skipper. Free secure parking on land is also provided, as well as free boat transfer to the island of Žut and back.

This charming, single-storey house of 24 m² offers comfortable accommodation for 4+2 people. Built in a modern style with natural materials such as wood and stone, it fits perfectly into the Mediterranean landscape.

The interior consists of a bright living room with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed, two bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed for two people – as well as a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
