The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. The holiday house by the sea is in the little fishing village of Kanica in quiet surroundings, just five metres from the beach. It is the ideal choice if you would like to spend your holiday in the natural beauty of the Adriatic with a Mediterranean climate and a rich historical and cultural heritage.

The detached luxury house was built in 2013 and can accommodate up to eight people within 140m² of living space. The ground floor of 25m² has a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor of 115m² there are the other three bedrooms and three bathrooms. All the bedrooms have a double bed. The living room also has two supplementary beds. The living and dining room with the kitchen total 35m². The kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery and tableware. All four bathrooms have a shower and toilet. A hairdryer is available on request. The living room has satellite TV, a DVD player, a radio and wireless Internet access. Each bedroom and the living room are fitted with air conditioning. Heating, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board are also available. A cot and highchair for baby can be provided.

The surrounding plot of land totals 600m². The first terrace measures 25m². The pool terrace totals 60m² and has a pool (8 x 4m and depth of 1-1.5m) also suitable for children. Here there are also four sun loungers. The pool terrace has a sun roof measuring 16m² and a lounge sofa. An open grill and a solar-heated outdoor shower are also available. The pool is not wheelchair accessible. The pool is heated. It is permitted to smoke in this area. Three parking spaces are available in the courtyard. It is recommended to travel by car. There are shops and restaurants in the vicinity. You can enjoy sports activities such as diving, windsurfing, waterskiing, paragliding and cycling on waymarked cycle paths. You can hire boats 6km away.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
