The villa itself is surrounded by an impressive 1307 m2 of land where you can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities. The accommodation unit is 176 m2 in size and offers comfortable accommodation for a total of eight people.
The villa has three modern bedrooms, two of which have double beds and one has two single beds. A comfortable sofa bed on the ground floor is an extra bed for two more people. All three rooms have their own bathroom with shower. Two en-suite rooms are located on the upper floor and one is on the ground floor of the villa.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a large, modern kitchen and a dining room with seating for eight. The spacious living room is ideal for relaxing after dinner, watching TV or spending time with the family. For lovers of an active holiday, there is a gym at your disposal.

The courtyard of the villa is dominated by a 36 m2 swimming pool surrounded by six sun loungers. In the courtyard there is a fun content for children that will surely delight the youngest visitors of the villa, and the greenery that stretches in front of the villa will tempt you to outdoor activities in the air.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
