General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with four televisions and a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue, a patio, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a garden, a table tennis table, a swimming pool, a balcony and a trampoline and there are four air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with five showers, four washbasins, four toilets and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

Downstairs the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area flows out to a covered terrace with a stone barbecue, seating for long meals and generous views over the private swimming pool (9 × 4 m) and expansive garden.

Outside, the grounds feel like your own enclosed oasis: a fenced garden, a children’s playground, table tennis, bocce court, basketball hoop, five bikes and even a trampoline await. The pool is fully yours for lazy swims, sun-lounging or evening dips under the stars. Whether you’re curling up by the stone fireplace inside, lounging on the terrace or pedalling through the olive trees, comfort is always within reach. Best of all: pets are welcome (except for dangerous breeds), so your furry friend can join the fun too. Smoking inside is not allowed, so the air stays fresh for everyone.

Despite the sense of seclusion, you’re very much within reach of Dalmatia’s delights. The nearest rocky beach is around 15 km away, while the stunning Krka National Park and the tranquil Vrana Lake Nature Park are each within a short drive. The coastal towns of Vodice and Pirovac invite relaxed dinners by the sea, and both Zadar and Split are reachable in under an hour. Here you get the best of both worlds: a calm countryside base with easy access to the Adriatic coast, history, nature and local charm.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
