The holiday home for 12 persons has seven bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (heated, private), a balcony, a sauna, a barbecue and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Additionally, the villa may accommodate two people in the annex of the summer kitchen by the pool.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including all amenities such as the infinity pool, tennis and multi-sport courts, playground, and summer kitchen. The villa is designed to provide complete privacy and comfort, offering a true home-away-from-home experience.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
