The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds, a double sofa bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions. In addition there is a barbecue, a swimming pool, a balcony, a set of garden furniture, a sauna, a terrace, a garden and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four washbasins, four toilets, five showers and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker and a microwave.

The fully fenced outdoor area of 1500 square meters is a holiday paradise, with your own private swimming pool, a charming covered terrace equipped for al fresco dining, a barbecue and a children's play area, all complemented by covered parking. The immediate area has everything you need within 500 meters - beach, shop and restaurant - and the famous resort of Solaris is just 1 km away. This location is perfect for exploring Dalmatia, and is located between Split and Zadar, and only 20 minutes from Krka National Park. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, smoking is not allowed indoors, and although groups of young people under 25 are not allowed, we are happy to welcome well-behaved animals.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
