The integrated kitchenette is equipped with everything you need (crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker and basic cooking spices) to prepare culinary delights. An antique wardrobe and selected antiques add a special touch to the living area, while the convertible couch can comfortably accommodate additional guests. The bathroom has a modern design with shower, towels and WC, while air conditioning, WLAN and satellite TV provide additional comfort.

Outside, a cosy terrace right by the entrance invites you to linger - a characteristic feature of the traditionally built house. Guests particularly appreciate this outdoor oasis during the summer months, as it offers both sun and shade and creates a pleasant ambience for relaxing and socialising in the evenings.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
