The 6+2 ground floor flat with stunning sea views and beach access The holiday flat is located in an apartment building on the sunny island of Murter, on the central part of the Adriatic coast of Croatia. The flat block is located directly on the beach.
From the two terraces you can enjoy the marvellous sea view of the bay and the beach. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and free parking is available in front of the house.
The holiday flat is on the ground floor of the three-storey house. It offers a large living and dining area with two extra beds, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with king-size beds, two bathrooms with shower/WC, a TV and air conditioning. Towels for the flat are included. There is also free WiFi internet access.
On the mainland, the town of Šibenik with its beautiful old town and cathedral is approx. 30 km away, and the town of Zadar is approx. 50 km away. Not far from Šibenik is the Krka National Park with its waterfalls. The island of Murter is connected to the mainland by a bridge and is therefore easily accessible by car. There are airports in Zadar and Split. Moorings and modern facilities are available in the marina "Hramina" and in the marina Betina. Due to its proximity to the Kornati National Park, Murter is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Kornati islands.
The peninsula is a protected monument (Roman remains).

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
