The holiday home for 2 persons has three bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a barbecue, a swimming pool (heated), a terrace, an air conditioner and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The Cres flat is located on the middle floor of Villa Istra Panorama with an unobstructed, impressive sea view of the island of Cres as well as Krk and the Kvarner Bay as far as Rijeka. Here you can enjoy your holiday in these spacious and luxurious rooms. The living room with open-plan kitchen extends over 54 m² and is connected via the sliding door to the covered terrace with the outdoor fireplace and barbecue. In front of you is the 11 metre long infinity pool with ample space for sun loungers all around. The luxurious master bedroom with direct access to the open-plan bathroom with free-standing bathtub and large single shower will spoil you with a sea view from the double bed or directly from the bathtub and also offers a double washbasin and a bidet. One floor down you reach the 2nd bedroom with an additional bathroom and shower and a 28m2 games room with table football, darts and an additional terrace. A table tennis table is also available outside as well as a children's playground with swings and slide and lots of sand for our youngest guests.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
