The holiday home for 11 persons has seven bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). On the second floor, there are 4 more bedrooms equally equipped. Three bedrooms have access to the balcony, one of which has a view of the pool and greenery, and the other two enjoy a sea view.
The outdoor terrace is dominated by a spacious 50 m² swimming pool and a lounge area with comfortable cushions suitable for enjoying both during the day and in the evening. The heated swimming pool with an indoor pool, a sauna, an indoor jacuzzi, and underfloor heating throughout the villa makes Villa Miryam ideal for vacationing on colder days.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
