No heating option. 2 terraces 11 m2, covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: mosquito net, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed.

Private: property 200 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool heated (7 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 120 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, pebble beach 1.8 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Airfield 17 km from the property. The owner lives in an apartment on the upper floor.

There is a lake/open water less than 1,8 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Haus Domagoj (MLK320) in Sveti Anton you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
