General

The holiday home for 12 persons has five bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a balcony, a sauna, a terrace, a barbecue and a swimming pool (private). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

The Villa Mi is located in quiet village Rukavac, only 4 km distance from Opatija and Kvarner Riviera. Near the villa there is a market store and a restaurant.

Just a few steps from the villa, there is a tennis center where you can play tennis for free every day with the rent. You can refresh yourself at the numerous beaches of Opatija, which are located just a few kilometers from Matulji.

One of the attractions of this area are the bell ringers during the carnival that visit neighboring villages dressed in masks of sheepskin and with loud ringing, they are invoking fertility in late winter. This old folk tradition is on the UNESCO list of intangible cultural heritage. Surroundings of Matulji is very interesting because in the vicinity are two mountains Učka and Ćićarija, where you can hike or ride a bike in well-maintained trails.

A modern and recently built villa (2023.) is located in the suburbs of Opatija and Rijeka, on the Kvarner Riviera.

The villa consists two floors with two individual apartments connected by common terraces, a summer kitchen with a barbecue and a swimming pool with a sunbathing area. Each floor is equipped with a kitchen with all the kitchen accessories, bedrooms with separate beds that can be combined into double beds, and attached bathrooms. Each room and the living room are equipped with a TV.

Villa Mi is sourounded by Mediteranean garden and swimming pool. The outdoor facilities next to the swimming pool includes a barbecue with a large dining table, deckchairs, a sauna with a bathroom and some outdoor games.

The villa is located on a large plot with cherry trees and peony plantations, so it is especially attractive to see in the spring when it is in bloom. The villa is fenced and an independent unit.

There is also a fenced parking lot for three cars on the plot. The villa offers a beautiful view of the sea and greenery, and in just a few minutes by car you will be at the first beach in Opatija or Volosko.

Tennis court is 5 minutes walking distance from the villa and is part of the tennis club DAMAR. The club is surrounded by a natural forest, abundant with fresh air from nearby mountains, and offers many activities.

House is located in the interior of the hinterland of Opatija that is only a few kilometers away.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
