The villa was conceived as a single object consisting of two connected two-story houses, so it is ideal for 2 families who want to spend a vacation together and at the same time enjoy their privacy. Each house consists of a living room with kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom and additional toilet.Both parts of Villa Oleandra have own terrace and there is also tavern as an ideal place to socialize on warm, summer evenings. During the day you can enjoy the pool or hot tub or simply relax in the shade with a view of the wonderful Mediterranean garden, and for children, there is also a playground area.The house is air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi, satellite TV and pets are welcome with prior notice and surcharge.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
