This beautifully furnished modern house surrounded by greenery is situated in Risika, a small village close to Vrbnik, in a quiet environment, ideal for a relaxing holiday. In a 1000 m2 courtyard is situated a spacious house on 180 m2 with swimming pool, bower with grill and gathering place. A spacious terrace is linked to a comfortable living room with a fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there is an extra toilet as well as one bedroom with a private bathroom. On the first floor, there is the sleeping area where are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and a sleeping sofa for two children. Guests have on disposal a parking place. All rooms are air-conditioned whilst guests on disposal have also WI-FI, TV-SAT, dishwasher and washing machine. Distance from the sandy beach Sveti Marak in Risika is approx. 2000 m. Pets are allowed on a request and additional charge.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
