The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool (heated, private, outdoors), a sauna, a terrace, an air conditioner, a balcony and a jacuzzi. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Modern, comfortable villa "Villa Stella Verde", 3 storeys, built in 2024. 1 km from the centre of Ravna Gora, in a sunny, elevated position, 50 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 500 m2, swimming pool angular, heated (22 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, terrace (90 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub (all included), central heating system. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 750 m, bus stop 7.6 km, railway station 7.9 km, pebble beach 50 km. Nearby attractions: NP Risnjak 30 km, Zeleni vir 18 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. It is not possible to use the hot tub on the day of arrival.

There is a lake/open water less than 50 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa Stella Verde in Ravna Gora you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
