General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (private), a barbecue, an air conditioner, a terrace, a table tennis table and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor).

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

The ground floor is about 75 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a fireplace, a two flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed (there can also sleep two extra persons). There is also a room next to it, which includes a table football nad from this room. You can go outside to the barbecue and teracce which is connected with outdoor swimming pool. Swimming pool has terrace suitable for sunbathing with five deck chairs. On the other side you can go into the garage directly from house. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, double freezer with ice in cubes or crushed ice also with cold water for drink, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with washing machine. As the ceilings are very high. On the floor are situated three bedrooms with a double beds, one of them have own toilet with shower, the other two have toilet and shower togeother. One room have a crib.

On outside area is sheltered terrace with big wooden table from this tarrace you can jump into your own swimming pool, on the other side of teracce is situated grill/barbecue, also terrace is connested with kitchen.
In front of house is possibility to parking 4 cars, and one also into the garage.
Rooms on the floor have their own two teracce one is sheltered and one is not (suitable for sunbathing).

Property is detached and fenced. In the property we have toys for children teeter, swing, tobogan, darts, table football, table tenis and badmington and swimming pool have increse area for children..

Villa AnaMarija was named as our mothers Ana and Marija :-)
It is situated in the green Island of Krk which is surrounded by many beatufull beaches and cristal creedence blue clearwatwer of Adriatic Sea.
All around AnaMarija is greenery delighted with nice swimming pool.
Island of Krk is famous of many cultural events important for Croatian an European history as it is Glagoljica first evidjavascript:void(0);enced letter carved into the stone, exposed in Jurandvor. On the Island of Krk is first time in the history maden wooden barrel.
Of course Island of Krk have very good Wine Zlahtina, You must taste it in many of ours restorantns which offer domestic food Surlice and goat cheese and lamb meat baked on the skewer and fresh baked fish just this morning cought from our domestic Fishermans.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
