The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with nine televisions and 11 heaters. Villa Adria is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Rasopasno on Krk Island, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday in an authentic Mediterranean setting. The villa combines traditional Mediterranean architecture with modern comforts and features 150 m² of living space on a 600 m² plot.

The ground floor offers a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for eight and a comfortable living room with a large leather sofa and Smart TV. All ground-floor rooms provide access to the garden and heated pool. The kitchen and dining area open onto a large covered terrace with seating for eight and a Weber ceramic grill.

The villa has three spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One bedroom is on the ground floor, while two are upstairs and open onto a large furnished terrace. All bedrooms feature 180x200 cm box-spring beds, quality Serta mattresses, wardrobes, desks, air conditioning and TVs. Bathrooms include a shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, with a cot and high chair available on request.

The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, kettle and cookware. The living room also offers a DVD/CD player, PlayStation, board games and Wi-Fi. The sofa converts into a 160x200 cm bed for two additional guests.

Outside, enjoy the heated pool, sun terrace, six loungers, parasol and outdoor shower. The spacious, fenced and level garden is accessible to guests with reduced mobility. Two gated parking spaces are available.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
