Villa Ella guarantees guests complete privacy and separation from their neighbours, and thus absolute peace and relaxation with family and or friends. Featuring a large seasonal outdoor pool, garden, and barbecue facilities, Villa Ella offers air-conditioned accommodation in Opatija with free Wi-Fi and views of the pool and a beautiful garden. During summer evenings and nights, a light breeze blows from the mountain, so air conditioning is almost not needed at all!
The villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge, a washing machine, and 3 bathrooms with a bathtub. The villa features a terrace, a large garden with homegrown fruit trees, a children's playground, and a pool table. The villa is 800 meters from the first beach. A grocery store is just 150 meters away, and the first restaurant is just 200 meters away. The centre of Opatija is 2.5 km from Villa Ella, while Rijeka is 14 km away. The nearest airport is Rijeka Airport, 25 km from the property. In the courtyard of the villa, there is fenced parking for up to 3 cars. There is a possibility of renting a boat and organising excursions and sports activities. service (airport, etc)

The house has two floors. On the ground floor, there are:
- Living area (a living room with satellite TV, stereo system, etc.), heating/air-conditioning, the living room has a sofa bed for evtl. 1 person, etc.)
- Kitchen (kitchen with a mini oven, stove, dishwasher, etc.)
- One sleeping room with the width of a double bed (1.60 m wide),

- Storage and boiler room, and a toilet for the pool
On the first floor, there are:
- Three sleeping rooms, two of them with double-width beds (180 and 160 cm wide), one sleeping room with two wide single beds (120 cm wide)
- Two bathrooms with a bathtub and a shower
- There is one separate extra sleeping room with a private terrace and a shower for those couples who want extra privacy
Huge garden with seasonal fruits. Lot of places for playing games and exploring. The newly decorated garden house is also possible to rent for extra guests.
The villa is 800 meters from the first beach. A grocery store is just 150 meters away, and the first restaurant is just 200 meters away. For a bigger group, we could offer our extra apartment at the house. The centre of Opatija is 2.5 km from Villa Ella, while Rijeka is 14 km from the property. The nearest airport is Rijeka Airport, 42 km from the accommodation. There is a possibility of renting a boat and organising excursions and sports activities.
We are quite a distance from our neighbours and we don't even notice them often. There are two good restaurants in the neighbourhood. A grocery market and a bar are only 150 m just around the corner... A first neighbour has a travel agency, so boat renting or boat trip organising is also possible at favourable prices, with the neighbour's discount! A well-known dental office is also nearby.
We are a traditional Christian family and prefer guests who appreciate Croatian culture and tradition! Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
