General

The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a balcony, a terrace and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

In the village Pinezići on the island of Krk, 600 meters from the sea and the beach, is situated the newly built luxury stone villa.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker), two room and bathroom. From the living room you can access a covered terrace with seating and barbecue. Right next to the terrace is a pool of 40 m2 with sundeck and 8 sun loungers where you can enjoy your time with family and friends.

Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds and three bathrooms. In the living room is a couch for two people so the house can accommodate 10 people. The terrace offers a view of the sea; the villa is fully air conditioned and has free wi-fi.

The nearest restaurant and shop is 200 meters away, and a beautiful beach (with restaurant and caffe bar) is 600 meters away (only 8 minutes by foot).
From the villa you can explore the entire island, as all places on the island of Krk are 10-25 minutes away by car. The island of Krk is known for its crystal clear sea, cycling routes, good food and wines and historic sights.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
