Villa "Villa Perla di Draga", 2 storeys, built in 2024. 700 m from the centre of Mošćenička Draga, in a sunny position, 850 m from the sea, 850 m from the beach. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, central heating system, air conditioning, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 800 m, restaurant 250 m, bus stop 600 m, shingle beach, public bathing area 850 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 850 meter. You can also relax, because near Villa Perla di Draga in Mošćenička Draga you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
